And Now We Wait

Two laying yards built, 50 trees cut, 500 logs inoculated… and now we wait.

We are ecstatic with how much we have accomplished this spring and are eagerly anticipating the first signs of shiitake growth on our logs this fall. We cannot be more grateful for the support and advice from Dr Jeanne Mihail and Dr Johann Bruhn and cannot wait for them to share in the success of this operation.
